And most important - database is updated automatically, several times per day, you don't have to do anything to keep your site always up-to-date.
How it works.
You'll get database MySQL dump, which you should install on your site. It is recommended to have InnoDB tables for better performance. Also you'll get a script for auto-update written in perl, you can cron it to check updates each three-five minutes.
